Cathy Nolan

Cathy is an experienced Musculoskeletal and Women’s Health Physiotherapist from Sydney who now calls Tura Beach home. Cathy’s experience is broad and includes running her own physiotherapy practice for the past 15 years in Sydney and Milton NSW. While transitioning to Tura Beach, Cathy has been providing locum physiotherapy services on the NSW Far South Coast.
Cathy’s approach is hands on, utilising a range of physiotherapy treatment techniques such as soft tissue therapy, joint mobilisation, dry needling and exercise therapy to help you recover more quickly and get you back to the things you love to do. Cathy also believes education is key to managing your condition/injury long term so expect some information and strategies to take away with you to help you keep moving well.

In her spare time, Cathy is an enthusiastic kayaker, golfer, ocean swimmer, hiker and photographer so most days when not at work, will be out exploring this wonderful area.
